Our mission is to empower clients with secure, scalable, and high-ROI automation solutions. Role Overview: Design, develop, and deploy IBM Case Manager solutions. Build customized case workflows, forms, and business rules. Integrate Case Manager with FileNet and other systems. Analyze business processes and design technical solutions. Monitor and optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability. Provide technical support and resolve issues effectively. Required Skills: Hands-on experience with IBM Case Manager (Case Builder, Process Designer). Good knowledge of IBM FileNet P8 platform. Proficiency in workflow design and business process automation. Experience with APIs, scripting, and system integrations. Strong command over English – both written and verbal – is essential. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
