Role & responsibilities Preferably having prior experience in the Stock Broking Industry Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior and middle-level positions Develop comprehensive job descriptions for posting on job portals and internal platforms Proficiency in sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other professional networks Managing recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management Managing resource planning, engagement activities, training & development, and Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs Handling employee orientation, induction, performance appraisals, and exit formalities including Full & Final settlements Handling monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy. Maintaining employee attendance, leave record and timekeeping on a daily/monthly basis Prior knowledge of statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, and other labor laws Maintaining all employee-related documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, relieving letters, etc. Maintain up-to-date and organized individual employee files Work independently to manage HR and administrative functions in alignment with company policies Develop and implement hiring strategies and employee retention plans Support continuous development initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and productivity Desired Skills Excellent organizational skills, including time management, accurate record keeping, strong self- scheduling abilities 3-5 year of hands-on experience in handling HR functions in Share Broking Companies, with an understanding of industry specific HR practices Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to details Proficient in MS Excel and MS word with the ability to create reports, manage data, and prepare professional HR documents and correspondence
