Job Description

As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for the assigned program, project, or contracted service. Your role will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements effectively. You will play a crucial part in ensuring successful project delivery and meeting service level agreements. Key Responsibilities: - You are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience in the field. - Utilize influencing and advisory skills to engage with multiple teams and make team decisions. - Provide solutions to problems that are applicable across various teams as well as specific business area issues. - Lead and manage project teams efficiently to achieve project goals. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture is a must-have skill for this role. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies. - Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Knowledge of service level agreement management. Additional Information: - The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 18 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full-time education is required for this role.,
