Program Manager, Senior - IoT

As a Software/Technology Program Manager at Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will be responsible for managing the planning, development, and delivery of software projects across multiple technology areas and product segments within the IOT/CSS teams. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge software and hardware technologies and collaborate with impacting technology areas such as HLOS, BSP, Modem, Connectivity, and Multimedia. Key Responsibilities: - Drive requirements scoping, analysis, and planning across multiple tech teams - Establish clear Plan of Record commitment and drive prioritization - Implement rigorous execution discipline, risk management, and mitigation strategies - Develop program indicators to manage program health including quality and timelines - Partner with other functional areas to establish critical processes for disciplined product development - Develop and establish processes to streamline development cycles and integrate deliverables effectively Qualification Required: - Experience and domain knowledge of Wireless/Semiconductors - 14-18 years of experience in Software product development and program management in semiconductor/wireless industry - Experience managing software products through the entire development life cycle Educational Requirements: - Required: Bachelor's in Computer Engineering/Electronics or Electrical Engineering - Preferred: Master's in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Business Administration In addition, Qualcomm is committed to providing equal opportunities and accommodations for individuals with disabilities during the application and hiring process.
