Description
As a Program Manager-Franchise for the Franchise Vertical, you will be a key player in the franchise development process, facilitating effective communication between internal teams (Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations) and franchise partners. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful onboarding and continuous support of franchisees, from initial business model discussions to post-launch assistance. You will act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the franchise partnership. Your role will involve coordinating with internal departments to ensure alignment throughout the franchise process, preparing necessary documentation, facilitating LOI signings, negotiating and executing franchise agreements, and providing ongoing support to franchisees. You will monitor franchisee performance, address any operational challenges, and work towards continuous improvement in operational processes. Maintaining strong relationships with franchisees, ensuring brand consistency, providing marketing support, offering training resources, and effectively rolling out new programs are also crucial aspects of this role. You will be expected to possess strong communication, organizational, and project management skills, along with a deep understanding of franchise operations and industry best practices. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of experience in franchise operations, business development, or program management, along with a proven track record of working collaboratively with internal teams and franchise partners. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and project management tools is required, along with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships and a solution-oriented mindset.
