Job Description

As a Program Lead - Technology Consulting at Tiger Analytics, you will play a crucial role in developing end-to-end AI and analytics solutions for clients. Your primary focus will be on data engineering and application engineering, while also collaborating with internal data science teams for the ML aspects of the solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable data solutions. - Lead stakeholder communication and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Drive problem discovery, scoping, program management, and delivery processes. - Manage RFP (Request for Proposal) and SOW (Statement of Work) processes to ensure accurate scoping and delivery commitments. - Lead requirements elicitation using a combination of business acumen and technology understanding. - Translate solution requirements to technical architects, review solution design & estimation for conformity with client requirements. - Coordinate program delivery by communicating updates, bottlenecks, risks, delays, etc. - Measure and articulate the value of developed solutions to drive adoption by business teams. - Provide strategic guidance on ETL processes, data engineering solutions, and cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP). Qualifications: - Experience: 6 - 10 years - Proven ability to lead engagements and advise on digital transformation in Technology Consulting. - Proficiency in managing proposal and contract negotiations (RFP & SOW). - Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration. - Strong expertise in ETL & Data Engineering including data pipelines, warehousing, and transformations. - Experience with Cloud Solutions such as Azure, AWS, or GCP for scalable deployments.
