Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of a large/complex program or a significant workstream of a large-scale customer program within Wipro, from deal closure to a steady-state. This may involve leading large-scale software implementation across various areas such as Managed Services, Vendor Consolidation, Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, ERP Transformation, CRM Transformation, IT Infrastructure/Upgrade, Cybersecurity Implementation/Enhancement, and Quality and Testing Programs. Your role will include managing programs of multiple Service Lines engaging with multiple vendors, customers/stakeholders, and/or suppliers across multiple geos/regions, dealing with 10 - 20 million USD TCV deals of various nature. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives in adherence with organizational objectives. - Lead the overall program management involving implementation, customization, and integration of applications. - Ensure strong governance in scope, schedule, change management, resource allocation, and risk management strategies for successful program delivery. - Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, internal GBLs/Service line teams, and project managers to define scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, schedule, and ensure progress on program objectives. - Monitor program financials, including budget tracking, cost management, and resource allocation to achieve profitability targets. - Monitor and deliver program outputs/outcomes, adapting strategies to optimize results. - Take a holistic view of risk management across various areas and manage and mitigate risks within the program's scope. - Address strategic and enterprise-wide risks to ensure business continuity, influence risk strategy, and foster resilience at an organizational level. - Create a psychologically safe environment for issue resolution and seeking support. - Communicate program updates and business reporting to stakeholders and senior management. - Establish and maintain quality standards, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations. - Assess and manage relationships with third-party vendors to ensure successful program delivery. - Manage any change or ambiguity in the critical path and drive change management activities. - Mobilize operational support from various parts of the organization, assigning and driving actions across engaged entities and roles. - Interact with other SPOCs in the larger business to manage integration and dependencies. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to make informed recommendations. - Lead and mentor a team for their professional growth, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. - Demonstrate outcome ownership with confidence, presenting individual viewpoints assertively to influence decisions. - Influence program strategy and roadmap based on customer feedback. Qualifications: - 12+ years of progressive experience in technology project and program management, with at least 5 years specifically in managing large customer programs. - Excellent understanding of technologies and industry vertical domain areas. - Demonstrated expertise in specified technology areas and awareness of latest industry trends. - Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale IT application/Infra projects. - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid approaches) and IT landscape trends. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, interacting effectively with senior executives, clients, and cross-functional teams in a matrix set-up. - Proficient in one or more processes - Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, with necessary certifications (Agile/PRINCE 2/PMI) and also certified in PgMP or PMP.,
