As a Program Development Intern at Novatr, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of architectural education by working closely with the Learning team. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in designing and structuring learning content for the computational design Program. - Working closely with the computational design team to create learning content and software demonstrations using tools like Rhino and Grasshopper. - Conducting research on emerging computational design tools, methodologies, and case studies to support learning content development. - Collaborating across teams to ensure that learning outcomes are effectively delivered. - Creating internal documentation and learning materials. - Contributing to ongoing curriculum innovation through pedagogical research. **Qualifications and skills:** **Software skills:** - Must have: Rhino, Grasshopper, Google suit (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Good to have / optional: Revit, Dynamo **Power skills:** - Strong communication and collaboration - Detail-oriented and organized - Self-driven, proactive approach - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment **Good to have skills (not mandatory):** - Experience in teaching, mentoring, or peer learning environments - Familiarity with Figma, Framer, or any other competent tools. - Understanding of design pedagogy.
