Key Accountabilities 1. Financial Reporting & Analysis (C-Store Focus) Prepare and analyze Store P&Ls, Balance Sheets, Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales reports. Track revenue trends, shrinkage, variance, and margin deviations across categories (tobacco, beverages, snacks, lottery, etc.). Evaluate operational KPIs such as labor cost %, COGS %, inventory turns, vendor credits, and cash reconciliation. 2. Store Audit & Compliance Conduct Store 360 audits Ensure stores follow SOPs, state regulations, and POS/back-office standards (Gilbarco, Passport, Verifone etc.). 3.
