WE ARE HIRING About the Role We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Next.js, Hono, tRPC, and TypeScript to join our engineering team. You will work across the stack—crafting responsive, user-friendly UIs, building fast and scalable backend services, and ensuring smooth data flows between them. This role offers the chance to work with a modern TypeScript-first stack in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Next.js for frontend and Hono for backend • Build type-safe APIs with tRPC for seamless communication between client and server • Implement scalable RESTful and RPC endpoints using Node.js, Express-style frameworks, or Hono • Develop and maintain responsive UIs with modern React best practices • Manage and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for performance and reliability • Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.) • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack • Collaborate with team members to deliver features from concept to production • Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring high performance and uptime Required Skills & Qualifications • 2+ years of professional experience in full stack development • Strong proficiency in Next.js, Hono, tRPC, and TypeScript • Solid understanding of React, server-side rendering (SSR), and API design principles • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases • Familiarity with Git and version control best practices • Experience with frontend performance optimization and secure API handling • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team • Strong problem-solving and communication skills Nice to Have • Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines • Familiarity with Redis, RabbitMQ, or similar tools • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) • Prior experience in startup or product-focused environments.
