Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Professor in Pediatrics to lead and strengthen our Department of Pediatrics. The role involves providing advanced clinical care to pediatric patients, mentoring postgraduate and undergraduate medical students, guiding research initiatives, and contributing to academic excellence in a dynamic teaching environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert clinical care for neonates, infants, children, and adolescents with acute and chronic conditions.
Lead the department in teaching, training, and mentoring postgraduate residents, interns, and MBBS students. Supervise neonatal and pediatric intensive care units (NICU & PICU) ensuring evidence-based care. Perform and guide pediatric emergency procedures and critical care interventions. Develop and review departmental protocols in alignment with NABH and clinical best practices. Conduct and guide research, case presentations, and publications in reputed journals. Participate actively in CMEs, workshops, and interdepartmental clinical discussions. Collaborate with obstetrics, surgery, and other specialties for holistic pediatric care. Lead quality initiatives ensuring patient safety, academic rigor, and institutional growth.
