Key Responsibilities: Drive new client acquisition through a multi-pronged strategy of targeted outreach, leveraging industry referrals, and executing joint campaigns with the marketing team. Proactively represent Prostrings at key industry conferences and association events to generate qualified leads and build a robust network. Cultivate and strengthen long-term strategic partnerships with existing clients to ensure exceptional satisfaction and 100% client retention. Identify and present data-driven opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling additional services. Develop and present compelling, customized business proposals and contracts that clearly articulate value and ROI. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that secure optimal pricing while preserving value. Serve as a subject matter expert, providing the sales team with advanced product knowledge and competitive insights. Act as the 'Voice of the Client' by systematically gathering feedback and collaborating with internal teams to drive service innovation. Maintain expert-level awareness of evolving healthcare regulations and industry trends to ensure our offerings maintain a competitive edge.
