Job Description

In this role at Aisera, you will play a crucial part in driving the deployment and use of cutting-edge Conversational AI solutions in customer environments. As a member of the AI Customer Success team, you will closely collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend customer requirements and manage all technical aspects during the onboarding phase. Your responsibilities will involve setting up integrations to customer systems, designing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA), performing health checks, and establishing best practices to enhance customer outcomes. This position offers ample growth opportunities and seeks resourceful individuals who prioritize customer value. Key Responsibilities: - Be the primary technical point of contact for customers - Develop custom workflows/RPAs based on customer requirements (JavaScript experience is necessary) - Triage and resolve technical issues reported by customers in collaboration with Engineering - Stay updated on product changes and educate customers on offerings and updates Qualifications Required: - 6-10 years of software implementation experience involving direct customer interaction for requirements gathering and solutions provision - Strong knowledge or experience with SSO, REST APIs, AWS, and software integrations - Proficiency in Python and JavaScript development (Java skills are a plus) - Passion for problem-solving and customer-centricity, with a willingness to delve deep into customers" technical and business environments - Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment that requires adaptability and versatility - Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field Aisera is a renowned provider of AI Copilot solutions, leveraging AiseraGPT and Generative AI to drive business transformation and revenue growth through self-service models.
