Professional Services Engineer- AI/ML

In this role at Aisera, you will play a crucial part in driving the deployment and use of cutting-edge Conversational AI solutions in customer environments. As a member of the AI Customer Success team, you will closely collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend customer requirements and manage all technical aspects during the onboarding phase. Your responsibilities will involve setting up integrations to customer systems, designing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA), performing health checks, and establishing best practices to enhance customer outcomes.
