Professional 1 Product Developer

at Gainwell, you will lead the design and development of applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business goals. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership in agile environments, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation. This role is strictly involved in the development of the product and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. The work is limited to application development & demo and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health information.

Your role in our mission

• End-to-end application development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and QA teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and performance benchmarks.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide root cause analysis and resolution.
• Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation.
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, REST APIs, SQL Server, and GitHub.
• Proficiency in ASP.net, MVC, JavaScript, SQL/Oracle is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
• Understanding the agile or Safe process through JIRA/ADO
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in Microsoft technologies or Agile methodologies are a plus.
• Experience in healthcare, CRM, or enterprise call center application domains is desirable.
