As the Technical Maintenance Lead for existing mass-production products, you will be responsible for providing technical solutions to manufacturing process issues, including NPR, FTP, FSA KPIs. Your role will involve managing product data, evaluating quality improvements based on test results analysis and tear down observations. Additionally, you will collaborate with global warranty projects, analyze service data and end users feedback to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. In this position, you will independently develop new products and work closely with the oversea design center to deliver new projects. You will also lead the products transfer to the Pune plant, localize components, and initiate value improvement projects to align with the global strategy. Effective global communication about products management and development will be a key aspect of this role.
