Role & responsibilities As an Engineering Project Planning Engineer you will be part of the team managing PAPLs entire portfolio of projects. Youll get to: Manage the entire project including timelines, resource management, budget management, financials, etc. Be the single point of contact to the customers and participate in meetings, etc. Support pre-sales activities such as timeline estimation, etc. Partner with PAPL leadership to report on performance of projects and implement process improvements. Lead due diligence and analytical support for strategic projects. Build a Project Management Organization within the company as we scale. Play a key role in shaping the portfolio of products offered by the company. Preferred candidate profile Degree in Management, Engineering, or similar field. 2-3 years of experience in operations, project management; experience managing a complex portfolio of engineering & technology projects. Demonstrated track record of designing project plans and managing resource & timeline constraints. Experience working with Project Management Tools such as MS Project Strong ability to gather, understand and synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations and communicate them in a digestible way. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional team members and internal/external senior stakeholders.
