Production Trainee - B.Pharma

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, sincere, and honest recent B.Pharma graduate to join our Production department. This entry-level role focuses on learning and supporting the manufacturing process of quality pharmaceutical products under strict GMP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior staff in various production operations (e.g., compounding, filling, packaging).
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) precisely to maintain product quality and compliance.
• Maintain accurate and timely production records and documentation (Batch Records).
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols in the production area.
• Actively participate in training sessions and departmental initiatives.

Probation Period - 6months

Requirements

• B.Pharma degree (recently passed out/fresher).
• Strong commitment to honesty, reliability, and sincerity in all tasks.
• Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
