Job Description

Location:

Java Production Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within SLA.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent fixes.
Monitor application performance and system health.
Support deployments, releases, and change management activities.
Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams.
Work in rotational shifts and on-call support model.
