Production Supervisor(Metal)

As a Sheet Metal Fabrication Team Leader, your role involves having complete knowledge of sheet metal fabrication. You will lead the team by allocating work and ensuring the achievement of targets within the stipulated time. Your responsibilities will include executing projects within the set time frame and budgeted costs, preparing the Bill of Materials (BOM), cut list, and identifying resources required for smooth project execution. It is crucial to communicate the expected deliverables to the production team on a daily basis in written format. You will be responsible for constantly monitoring the manufacturing and assembly process until the final delivery to the client. In addition, you will need to undertake quality checks at various levels to avoid rejections and minimize wastages.
