Production Supervisor(Metal)

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the sheet metal fabrication process and leading a team to ensure targets are met efficiently. Your role will involve preparing the Bill of Materials (BOM), Cut list, and identifying necessary resources for project execution. Communication of project deliverables to the production team on a daily basis in written format will be a key aspect of the job. You will be required to monitor the manufacturing and assembly process closely until the final delivery to the client, conducting quality checks at various stages to maintain high standards and minimize wastage. Key Responsibilities: - Complete knowledge of sheet metal fabrication - Leading the team by allocating work and ensuring target achievement within stipulated time - Executing projects within the set time frame and budget - Preparation of BOM, Cut list, and necessary resources for project execution - Daily communication of expected deliverables to the production team - Monitoring manufacturing and assembly processes until final client delivery - Conducting quality checks at various levels to minimize wastage Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Attention to detail and quality assurance experience Please note that this is a full-time position, and the preferred shift availability is day shift.
