Production Supervisor(FMCG)

Job Title: Production Supervisor (FMCG)
Reports To: Production Manager / Plant Manager
Industry: FMCG (Food, Beverage, Personal Care, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality and quantity targets.
• Monitor production lines and workforce to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.
• Implement and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Train and motivate operators and line workers to maintain high performance.
• Maintain production reports, logbooks, and performance metrics.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement lean manufacturing or Kaizen techniques.
• Address and resolve any production issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize waste.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, equipment, and processes.
