Roles & Responsibilities:

• Production Planning:
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
• Ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to optimize productivity.
• Manpower Management:
• Supervise and lead production staff, including assigning tasks and providing training.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet production targets.
• Foster a positive work environment and address any personnel issues promptly.
• Quality Control:
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products.
• Address any quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
