Job Description

Job Position: Food Technology Trainee Fresher Job Location: Ratnagiri, Maharashtra Production Training & Growth : Learn and develop expertise in production processes under the guidance of experienced professionals. Shift Management : Assist in assigning daily shifts to workers and laborers in alignment with the production plan. Production Operations : Support smooth day-to-day production activities while maintaining product quality and quantity. Monitoring & Compliance : Supervise manpower and machinery to ensure adherence to process and quality parameters as per company standards. Standards Compliance : Ensure implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), BRCGS, HALAL, FSSC, EIA, HACCP, and other relevant food safety standards. Coordination & Documentation : Facilitate inter-departmental coordination and maintain accurate records and reports as per company protocols. Team Mentorship : Support training and mentoring of workers and new supervisors, fostering team development and succession planning. Waste Minimization : Apply logical thinking to reduce waste and improve yield during production processes. Health & Safety : Adhere to and promote health and safety policies within the company premises. Raw Material & Storage Control : Monitor raw material usage and ensure proper storage conditions for prepared foods. Daily Liaison : Communicate with managers regularly regarding production updates, food hygiene, health & safety, and quality control. Manpower Efficiency : Assist in evaluating and enhancing manpower performance during operations. Machine Downtime Management : Support effective resolution of machine breakdowns to maintain productivity and quality. Ongoing Learning : Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve performance and align with company/client standards.
