Key Responsibilities: Supervise a team of workers to ensure timely production as per defined schedules and deadlines Prepare and maintain production-related documentation Clearly explain tasks to workers and motivate them to achieve daily production targets Candidate Requirements: Diploma in Engineering with 1–3 years of relevant experience Experience in the handicrafts industry will be an added advantage Must have own conveyance Strong leadership and communication skills Why Join Us?
