Production supervisor (Plastic injection mould Experience)

· Shift manpower plan allocation workwise

. Strong understanding of injection molding processes and machinery.

· Achieving Daily Production Target by effectively using all resources

· Ensuring INJECTION MOLDING Machine Parameters setting in the specified standard

· Safely Mould loading, unloading and maintain the temperature

· Ensuring and maintaining hygienic safety workplace

· Maintaining 5S in the shop floor and sustain the standards achieved

· Daily Production report preparing and submitting

· Reducing rejection by using standard operation procedure

· Motivate the team to create high performance culture

· Maintaining WIP and RM inventory as specified Standard

· Leading the team of operators
