Production Supervisor-Machine shop

As a Production Engineer/Supervisor, you will be responsible for CNC VMC setting and programming while supervising the machine shop. Your role will involve overseeing daily operations to ensure they align with company standards and production timelines. You will implement production schedules, maintain quality control measures, and manage equipment maintenance protocols to enhance productivity. Collaboration with other departments, such as procurement and design, is essential to ensure a seamless workflow. Monitoring machine shop processes and recommending improvements for increased efficiency and quality will be part of your responsibilities. You will lead and guide the foundry team, offering training and development opportunities to maintain a high-performing workforce. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the machine shop is crucial. You will also be required to prepare regular reports detailing production metrics like efficiency, cost, quality, and delivery performance.
