Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate day-to-day machining operations, primarily using VMC machines . Ensure adherence to aerospace manufacturing standards , tolerances, and quality requirements. Program and edit machining operations using Delcam (PowerMILL or equivalent CAM software. Troubleshoot machining issues, tooling problems, and process inefficiencies. Monitor production schedules, optimize machine utilization, and reduce downtime. Collaborate with the quality and design teams to ensure compliance with engineering specifications. Train and mentor machine operators and junior machinists. Maintain and promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of machines and tools. Maintain production records, log reports, and ensure traceability of aerospace parts. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a machining supervisory role, preferably in aerospace or precision engineering . Hands-on experience operating and programming VMC machines .
