Job Description

Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Ambethangav Wasoli phata
Salary - 19k to 21 k ctc
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Plan manpower and allocate work as per production schedule.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational procedures.
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to resolve any production bottlenecks.
Maintain discipline, 5S, and safety protocols on the shop floor.
Analyze production data, track productivity, and suggest process improvements.
Train and guide shop floor operators and technicians.
Conduct daily production meetings and shift handovers.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of production records.
Monitor usage of materials and minimize wastage.
