Production Supervisor - Flexible Packaging

**Job Description:** As a Production Supervisor in our Flexible Packaging Production Unit, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the entire production operations. Your role will involve supervising and coordinating the activities of operators and assistants during production. You will also inspect products before packaging and ensure that any rejected products are returned to the production department. Monitoring and recommending improvements to the production process, as well as developing and maintaining all packing orders effectively, will be part of your key responsibilities. Additionally, you will work closely with the production manager to execute shifts and production planning. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinating and overseeing entire production operations - Supervising and coordinating activities of operators and assistants - Inspecting products prior to packaging and returning rejected products to production departments - Monitoring and recommending improvements to the production process - Developing and maintaining all packing orders effectively - Coordinating with the production manager in the execution of shifts and production planning **Qualifications Required:** - Deep understanding of machineries and materials in the flexible packaging industry - 3+ years of experience in the flexible packaging division In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our Flexible Packaging Production Unit.
