Production & Stock Coordinator Stitching Unit

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to oversee stock management and production activities at our stitching unit. You will collaborate closely with a small team of tailors to ensure the seamless operation of day-to-day tasks, precise stock monitoring, and timely order fulfillment. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and updating daily production records using Google Sheets, monitoring incoming fabric and accessories, managing stock levels, assigning tasks to tailors and ensuring deadlines are met, liaising with the design/production head to prioritize orders, conducting quality checks on finished products before dispatch, maintaining accurate consumption records of fabric and accessories, and proactively flagging low stock items for replenishment. The ideal candidate should possess basic computer skills, particularly in Google Sheets/Excel, effective communication and coordination abilities, and preferably some experience in a stitching or production environment (garments, furnishings, etc.). You should be organized, reliable, capable of working independently, detail-oriented, and adept at meeting deadlines. You will be working in a small, close-knit team of tailors within a fast-paced yet supportive atmosphere that offers opportunities for learning and professional growth.
