Production & Stock Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage stock and supervise production in our stitching unit. Working closely with a small team of tailors, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate stock tracking, and timely order completion. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining and updating daily production records on Google Sheets, tracking incoming fabric and accessories, monitoring stock levels, assigning work to tailors to meet stitching deadlines, coordinating with the design/production head for order priorities, checking finished products for quality, ensuring accurate consumption records of fabric and accessories, and flagging low stock items for replenishment in advance. To excel in this role, you should have basic computer skills, particularly in Google Sheets/Excel, good communication and coordination abilities, and preferably experience in a stitching or production environment (garments, furnishings, etc.). Being organized, reliable, and able to work independently with attention to detail and the capability to meet timelines are essential qualities.
