Production Specialist

As a candidate with 2 to 3 years of experience in cable harnesses, you will be responsible for the assembly and installation of cable harnesses according to engineering drawings and specifications. Your role will involve working with a variety of cables, wires, and connectors to create harnesses that meet the electrical and mechanical requirements of the system. You will need to have a strong understanding of cable harness components and terminations, as well as experience with crimping, soldering, and heat shrinking techniques. Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately to ensure the quality and reliability of the harnesses will be essential in this role. Additionally, you may be required to troubleshoot and repair harnesses as needed, so familiarity with testing equipment and diagnostic processes will be beneficial. Collaboration with team members and communication with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of cable harnesses into larger systems will also be part of your responsibilities.,
