Job Title : Engineer/Senior Engineer- Production (Solar) Experience : 3-10 Years Location : Kishangarh, Rajasthan Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer/Senior Engineer to oversee the production line at SAEL Industries Limited, Kishangarh, Rajasthan. Key Responsibilities: Production Line Management : Oversee the entire production line, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality output. Audit Handling : Conduct regular audits to maintain quality standards and compliance with industry regulations. Front-end and Back-end Operations : Manage both front-end (incoming materials and production setup) and back-end (quality control and packaging) operations. Team Leadership : Lead a team of junior engineers, Technicians, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their skills and performance. Vendor Collaboration : Work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials. Process Optimization : Continuously analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Quality Control : Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure products meet SAEL's standards. Documentation : Maintain detailed production records and reports for internal and external audits. Skills and Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial). Experience : 3-10 years in a production engineering role, preferably in the solar industry. Technical Skills : quality control tools, and production management systems.
