Job Title : Engineer/Senior Engineer- Production Planning & Control (Solar) Experience : 3-10 Years Location : Kishangarh, Rajasthan Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer/Senior Engineer to oversee the production planning & Control role at SAEL Industries Limited, Kishangarh, Rajasthan. Role & responsibilities Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet business objectives. Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. Optimize resource allocation (materials, manpower, and machinery) for maximum efficiency. Monitor production progress, analyze performance data, and resolve bottlenecks . Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices . Manage inventory levels to balance demand and supply effectively. Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to integrate new products into production. Utilize ERP/MRP systems for real-time production tracking and reporting. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements . Prepare reports and forecasts for senior management.
