Ensure all line processes adhere to defined process standards. Verify that all machined parts meet dimensional requirements through CMM and gauge station reports. Monitor safety, regulatory, and CTF parameters using control charts, histograms, and capability studies. Conduct frequent patrol audits to ensure proper part handling and adherence to process dos and donts. Manage machine breakdowns, tool changes, power cuts, and machine setup events to prevent any non-conforming part outflow.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering / B.E. (Mech) / B.Tech (Mech)
8 years of experience in the CNC machine shop quality inspection
Good understanding of engine 3C components: Crankshaft, Cylinder Head, and Cylinder Block.
Rotational shifts (3 Shifts)
