Production Planner

Role & responsibilities

• Booking of FG and consumption through SAP. Material Variance analysis along with House leaders.
• Ensuring material management on shopfloor as per plan.
• Check Planning of Manpower with shift Schedule.
• Working knowledge of any ERP (Preferably SAP)
• Good communication skills
• Maintain 5s System at shop-floor.
• Support shift Incharge in delivering machine targets by ensuring proper planning of resource.
• Weekly Production Planning along with Shift Incharge and House leaders.
• Check availability of Raw Material, Packing Material according to plan. Coordination with store to provide the material on time in a control way.
• Working knowledge of MS office tools and preferable if knowledge of SAP
• Prepare material variance on a weekly basis through SAP.
• Coordination with Quality and dispatch supervisor for release of finish goods.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate must have B tech in Mechanical and he must have technical knowledge.
• Must have good command in MS-Office tools(Excel)
