Job Description: As an Assembly Line Operator at Grinntech, you will play a crucial role in the production of our cutting-edge lithium battery packs. Your responsibilities will include: Qualification: Diploma (EEE/ECE/Mechatronics/Mechanical) or ITI(Electrical/Mechanical) Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain assembly line machinery and equipment Perform quality checks and inspections on products Assemble components accurately and efficiently Follow safety procedures and guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor Qualifications: Proven experience as an assembly line operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with wire bonding, laser cleaning, glue dispensing, and pack testing. Knowledge of lithium battery technology and assembly processes is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication and teamwork skills.
