Job Description

Role Overview: As a Consultant in the Production & Operations team within Industry X at + + S&C Global Network, you will be part of a high-impact team that aims to accelerate digital transformation journeys for global manufacturers. Your role will involve deploying digital manufacturing solutions, leveraging AI-led insights, and driving greater performance and experiences for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and work closely with business and client stakeholders to understand pain points, design SAP based solutions, and facilitate deployment - Support and train users on business processes related to SAP modules and implementation - Develop new SAP S4 Hana business, drive sales, and lead end-to-end sales origination to conversion process - Reimagine and transform client business and operations by developing cutting-edge assets, tools, and methodologies - Manage and mentor teams of consultants and technologists, provide guidance on talent strategy, and participate in engagement activities - Utilize your expertise in SAP PP/QM/EWM, S4 HANA/ECC, and domain experience in manufacturing sectors such as Lifesciences, Consumer Goods & Services, Automotive, etc. - Play roles like workstream lead and Solution Architect for Manufacturing work areas, scoping, designing, configuring SAP modules, and implementing projects - Provide technology guidance, proof of concepts, and conduct user trainings and workshops for business - Possess relevant certifications such as SAP ECC/S4 Hana, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, APICS CSCP, Agile certification, etc. - Demonstrate client relations management experience at a C-suite level and leadership skills with strong communication and problem-solving abilities Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP PP/QM/EWM and S4 HANA/ECC with good analytical skills - Experience in at least two full cycle implementations in ECC or S4HANA with cross-module integration knowledge - Knowledge of SAP modules integration with third-party tools and writing functional specifications - Certifications in relevant SAP modules and additional certifications like Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile, etc. will be advantageous - Familiarity with IOT Platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, SAP Leonardo is a plus (Note: Additional information about the company was not provided in the job description),
