(b) Manage & Motivation Manufacturing Team to deliver exceptional Work. (c) Attend team meeting to discuss about production Status & Ongoing problem. (d )Recommended Changes in work Flow, Operation & Equipment to Maximize Production Efficiency. (e) Provide Job Training to workers to meet Production Goals. (f) Corrective & Preventive Acting Plan. (g) Daily Update the Production Data on the SAP System. (h) Follow the Activity of Monthly Improvement on the Department.
