Role & responsibilities Production Head Job Summary: The Production Head-will lead and oversee the scaling of production processes from small-scale to large-scale manufacturing. This role requires exceptional organizational, planning, and coordination skills to ensure that production meets demand while maintaining high-quality standards and efficient processes. Key Responsibilities: Scale production processes efficiently from 1 to 10, 10 to 100, and 100 to 1000 units. • Develop and tailor production processes and ensure smooth coordination among all stakeholders. • Take ownership of production requirements, planning, and execution based on projections provided by various teams. • Coordinate with designers to gather necessary production documents and ensure they are up-to-date. • Define, implement, and enforce processes and ensure adherence by all teams. • Maintain detailed production records and provide relevant information to management as needed. • Drive accountability across the production team for timely delivery and quality assurance. • Identify and address production challenges proactively to meet organizational goals. • Provide leadership and mentorship to the production team to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields. • Minimum 10 years of experience in production management, preferably in scaling operations. • Strong leadership and decision-making skills. • Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities. • Hands-on experience in process development and documentation. • Proficiency in production planning software/tools.
