Production Manager (Only Male)

A leading manufacturer of Ferro Silicon, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the operations of its plant equipped with two 7.5 MVA furnaces at Byrnihat, Meghalaya.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day production of Ferro Silicon.
• Set and monitor charge burden, and ensure optimal furnace operation.
• Possess sound electrical and mechanical knowledge related to furnace functioning.
• Supervise and maintain performance of 2 × 7.5 MVA furnaces to ensure smooth operations.
• Achieve and maintain targeted power consumption per tonne of finished alloy.
• Ensure maximum capacity utilization, yield, and production efficiency.
• Lead and manage the Production, Mechanical, and Charging departments.
• Monitor safety, process discipline, and adherence to standard operating procedures.

Criteria for the Candidate:

• Educational Qualification: B.Sc / B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Metallurgy.
• Experience: Mandatory prior experience in Ferro Silicon production.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of furnace operations, charge setting, and process control.
• Leadership Skills: Capable of supervising multi-departmental teams efficiently.
• Availability: Immediate joining preferred.
• Commitment: 15-month service contract mandatory.

Salary will be at par with or above industry standards, based on experience and capability.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
