Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager specializing in diamond jewelry, located in Thrissur. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end manufacturing process, including coordinating with design teams, managing production schedules, and ensuring quality standards are met. They will also supervise the production team, monitor resource allocation, and ensure timely delivery of flawless and high-quality diamond jewelry. Additionally, the role involves implementing efficient production processes and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in diamond jewelry manufacturing and production management
• Expertise in quality control and understanding of diamond grading (clarity, cut, color)
• Proficiency in design interpretation and ability to oversee the execution of contemporary jewelry trends
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage production schedules effectively
• Ability to lead, train, and manage a team in a dynamic production environment
• Knowledge of traditional and cultural values related to jewelry design, including Navratna and Birthstone collections
• Familiarity with state-of-the-art production technologies; strong problem-solving skills
• Educational background in jewelry design, gemology, or related fields is preferred
