Job Opportunity: Assistant Manager – Production (Machine Shop)
Location: Chandigarh Road, Ludhiana
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 7–8 Years
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 CTC per month
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Expertise in CNC Programming (Turning) for Turn Mill Machines
Strong technical and process knowledge in precision machining
Manpower Planning and effective utilization of workforce
Cost Reduction through process optimization and efficiency improvement
Handling overall production operations and ensuring smooth workflow
Knowledge of Engineering Standards (ES) and machining best practices
Implementation and monitoring of 5S System for workplace organization and safety
Ability to lead and manage team operations in the machine shop
Ensure adherence to production targets, timelines, and quality standards
