Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible Production Incharge to manage and oversee day-to-day production activities at our facility. Candidate should ensure work quality, production timelines, material planning, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily production planning & workflow management
Supervising carpenters, fabricators & workers
Ensuring quality control at every stage
Managing material usage & reducing wastage
Coordinating with project team for timely deliveries
Maintaining production records and reports
Requirements:
Minimum 2–4 years experience in production (interior/woodwork/modular preferred)
Good leadership & communication skills
Strong knowledge of machines, materials & production process
Ability to handle team & meet deadlines
Salary: As per experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
