Production Incharge – Garment Industry

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Incharge to oversee and manage the end-to-end production process in our garment manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, and achieve production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities.
• Allocate tasks and supervise stitching, cutting, finishing, and packing teams.
• Ensure timely completion of orders as per buyer requirements.
• Coordinate with merchandising, quality, and store departments.
• Maintain production reports and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Implement effective manpower and machine utilization.
• Monitor quality standards and reduce defects or rework.
• Ensure compliance with safety and workplace discipline.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in garment/Apparel production.
• Strong knowledge of stitching, cutting, and finishing processes.
• Ability to manage a team and meet deadlines.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of production planning and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
