Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Incharge to lead our electrical panel board manufacturing unit. This role requires deep technical knowledge and operational leadership to ensure production timelines, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily panel production activities.
• Supervise assembly, wiring, testing, and final inspection of LT/HT panels, control panels, and distribution boards.
• Ensure adherence to applicable electrical standards and manufacturing best practices (IEC, IS, UL).
• Maintain inventory and coordinate procurement of panel components and consumables.
• Work with design and QC teams to resolve production bottlenecks and technical issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, test reports, and checklists.
• Implement 5S and Lean practices to improve floor efficiency and safety.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years experience in panel board manufacturing (LT/HT/control/distribution panels).
• Deep understanding of panel wiring diagrams, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and GA drawings.
• Familiarity with tools like multimeters, insulation testers, and torque drivers.
• Working knowledge of IEC 61439 and ISO 9001 compliance is advantageous.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
