As a Knits Production In-charge at Advanced Clothing Concepts based in Tiruppur, you will be responsible for overseeing the production processes for knitted garments. Your role will involve managing a team and ensuring the timely and efficient production of knits. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise the production team to meet production targets - Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high-quality knitted garments - Coordinate with other departments such as design, sourcing, and quality assurance to streamline production processes - Monitor and manage production schedules to meet deadlines and customer requirements - Troubleshoot any production issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production area Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7 years of experience as a production incharge/manager in the knits industry - Strong knowledge of knitted garment production processes and machinery - Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a production team - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Knowledge of quality control processes to maintain high production standards Please note that the company provides benefits such as paid sick time, paid time off, and a Provident Fund.
