Production Head

Requirements

Overall production head, reporting directly to the Directors.

• Over 10 years of experience in sheet metal manufacturing, including blanking, deep drawing, polishing, and finishing
• Extensive hands-on experience on the shop floor in high-volume manufacturing settings
• Proven track record in recruiting, managing, and training production teams
• Full responsibility for quality control systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Skilled in managing personnel, shifts, discipline, and overall productivity
• Strong abilities in production planning, target setting, and cost control
• A mindset focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement
• A leadership position with complete accountability for both delivery and quality
• Work Location: Umbergaon, Gujarat
