Production Head

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end production operations and drive manufacturing excellence across the assigned division.
- Manage production planning, capacity utilization, manpower deployment and resource optimization.- Oversee shop-floor operations, including machining, finishing, assembly and related manufacturing processes.- Drive production output, product quality, on-time delivery and operational efficiency.- Ensure compliance with GMP, Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 13485 and applicable regulatory requirements.- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, waste reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.- Monitor key production KPIs, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.- Lead, mentor and develop production teams to build a culture of accountability, safety and performance.- Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Planning and other cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
