Ensure optimal utilization of resources, including manpower, machinery, and raw materials. Monitor daily production output and take corrective actions when necessary. Coordinate with the procurement and sales teams to align production with order requirements. Improve production efficiency by implementing best practices and lean manufacturing techniques. Ensure strict adherence to quality standards for Aluminium extrusions . Work closely with the quality control team to address defects and implement corrective actions. Enforce workplace safety standards to prevent accidents and injuries. Supervise and lead a team of supervisors, operators, and technicians. Motivate and engage the workforce to achieve production goals. Optimize material usage to reduce scrap and production waste. Identify cost-saving opportunities in production processes. Monitor energy consumption and implement measures to improve efficiency. Conduct regular audits to maintain consistency in production quality.
